A polite reminder on the due date, a firmer note three days later, a final reminder at day seven. It pauses when you mark the invoice Paid, or when the client replies STOP.
It reads a Google Sheet of invoices you already issued and sends friendly accounts-receivable reminders from your own Gmail. It is not collections, debt recovery, a legal demand, or a guaranteed-payment product. It does not talk to QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, or Wave, and it does not send SMS.
Freelancers and 1–5 person agencies (solo operators included) who track invoices in a spreadsheet and currently chase payment by hand.
Hourly schedule in n8n. At most one stage per invoice per run, with a 55-minute cooldown so overlapping runs don't double-send.
