Database Reactivation

Email only, from your Gmail, to people already on your list. Four touches, then it stops. A reply or an unsubscribe marks the row so it never gets another message.

What it does

You export a CSV of past customers, unsold estimates, or old leads. The workflow sends a four-email sequence you approved, in your voice, on a weekday daytime schedule. It does not send SMS, write AI replies, quote prices, or book jobs for you. It does not buy lists.

Who it's for

Local-service owners with a list they collected themselves — typically a few hundred past customers or estimates sitting in a CRM, QuickBooks, or a spreadsheet.

Trigger

Hourly, 9am–5pm Monday–Friday in the business time zone. At most one touch per contact per run, capped so a single run cannot empty the sheet.

Steps

  • Check Gmail for recent replies; halt those rows and alert the owner
  • Read the Contacts tab; skip anything not Active, not approved, or marked stop
  • Choose the next touch (1, then 2 after 48h, 3 after 72h, 4 after 120h)
  • Write Stage and LastSentAt before Gmail sends
  • Send one plain-text email from your Gmail; nothing after touch 4

  • Your Gmail (sends come from you)
  • A Google Sheet with the Contacts columns from the pack
  • Your own customer/lead list — no purchased lists
  • A real postal address for the CAN-SPAM footer

What's included

Setup time is a first sitting to import and connect accounts. The $1,000 done-for-you path also covers list cleanup, copy approval, a 50-contact test batch, and a day-14 report.

Not included: SMS, AI-written replies, booking on your behalf, or cold lists you didn't collect.

Is this SMS?

No. Email only. SMS is a future add-on and needs documented consent, your Twilio + A2P, and a DNC scrub — it is not in this pack.
